Hi, my name is Demi Helmlinger and I'm 17 years old. I am a Senior at Paloma Valley High School and have been playing volleyball since I was 12. I was the Captain of my 951 18's Kip Team last year and my High School team this year. In college I would really like to play volleyball and study Nursing. When I'm not playing volleyball I love to spend time with my friends and family.
