Korie Milan
Class of 2014
I am Korie Milan. I am 16 years old and live in Murrieta, CA. I attend Chaparral High School and I am in my sophomore year. I am 5’8” Outside Hitter/DS and also have played Middle position. One morning I woke up and decided I was going to tryout for the freshman volleyball team at Chaparral High School. I never played as a young girl or had any previous training, but I thought I would tryout. I made the team and played Middle position. Ever since then, I have a strong passion for the game. I made the JV Team and won the 2011 JV Volleyball Offensive Player of the year, and was asked to attend CIF with the Varity Team. After high school, I would love to study criminology/crime scene investigations at a 4- year university and continue to play volleyball. When I am not playing volleyball, I enjoy snowboarding, dancing, dirt bike riding on desert trips with the family and just hanging out with my friends.
